Notes:

　

1. For those who are willing to publish paper should submit full paper; for those who are willing to do presentation only without paper publication can submit abstract only.

2. The author registration is only applicable for those who received Notification of Acceptance Letter and Review Form.

3. Participants should finish the registration before the Registration Deadline. Any one who missed the registration deadline may not have the presentation arranged in the conference program and get the conference documents on the conference site.

4. For the authors with paper publication, they should submit the camera-ready papers to the conference email box: eeet@siit.ac.cn before the Registration Deadline.
